For those who are just beginning to understand the issues of anti inflammation this book is a great place to start. Contains easy recipes and convenient lists for quick reference.

Love this book! I looked at numerous books before purchasing to make sure that I did not have to go out and buy all those very expensive items you normally see on inflammation and whole foods style cookbooks. I suffer painful inflammation and I am so happy that many of these recipes are basic and healthy ingredients that you can easily find and/or have already. I like that I don't have to worry about knowing if what I am making is good for my inflammation and I can vary the ingredients. The recipes taste great - The smoothies are really great too!! Can't stress enough how EASY this book is to work with so I am genuinely confused by the person that wrote that it was not. I honestly have never used a cookbook as much as I have this one. THANK YOU! I promise that I am unbiased customer with no relation or agenda for writing this other than to offer my opinion and appreciation to help someone make a choice on this book.

The list of ingredients that support immunity, Customizing the Diet, and The Ultimate Ant-Inflammatory Food List were informative and helpful. I appreciate the recipes and will be using them now and in the future.

I love the concise, easy format. The recipes were basic and doable, without fancy hard to find ingredients. I have tried several recipes and they are fast and tasty! Goodbye inflammation.💕

GREAT BOOK. Easy and straight forward recipes with attainable ingredients! I've cooked several in just a few weeks. I like the explanations and that because they are simple you can "add" to them if you choose to fit your tastes. Good investment.

I bought this for my brother. He loves all the extra information that comes with it. I'm very happy he is changing the way he eats. He just needed to see it in writing.....

Uh huh! Chicken adobo that takes about 10 minutes to prepare and tastes authentic and delicious without being too spicy for my hubby. What's not to like? He actually thought it was beef. If you want to have a different flavor, try Chicken Adobo (p. 100) for a sure bet with good-for-us anti- inflammatory turmeric. Here is a cookbook that delivers on its promise to provide fast and simple recipes using the best 15 anti-inflammatory ingredients. For those new to anti-inflammatory literature, this is would be good to start with the 20 plus pages intro that is easy to read and understand. Author Karen Frazier makes it fun to explore new recipes with interesting intros, ingredient tips and colorful stock photo spots. I'll be enjoying recipes from this book for the foreseeable future attempting to get relief from inflamed arthritic joints. Immediately, the quick prep takes it easy on sore knees, and I'm optimistic that the anti-inflammatory recipes will help keep me on track for the longer term as well. N.B. I received a review copy of this book from the publisher, but the opinions are my own.
