Tons of valuable tips regarding the proper use of bread machines!
I ordered an received this book from Amazon (at a bargain) in less that a week. I read it as soon as I recieved it, and loved it. The first half is all about each phase of bread making, simply explained, The second half is recipes in each of the different bread groups. It eliminates alot of the verbage and just gives you the important information. I would highly recommend it to anyone interest in learning about bread making or just looking for good basic recipes.
I got this for my daughter but I looked through it first and there were a lot of tips for me
Nice ckbk, recipes are good and easy to follow. The ones I have tried work well in my bread machine (which is not a high end model) so very pleased.
Especially enjoyed trying the seasonal recipes with Danish dough the cinnamon rolls came out great and were a hit at coffee hour and easy to make.
A very good intro to bread machine and bread making in general.Not as comprehensive as other similar bread machines bookson the market but still very good. Highly recommended.
Great book with easy recipes - and a great way to find out some of the tricks to using purchased bread mixes in a bread machine that would take years to figure out on your own!
Useful for troubleshooting if you're a newbie with a bread machine. Have referred to it a number of times, especially when making artisan bread.
